If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Eligibility for Refund

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item was shipped
• Order never arrived (confirmed by courier)

We do not accept returns for opened or partially used products, unless defective.

4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Opened products are not eligible for return.
