We stand behind the quality of KienkoPet. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Eligibility for Refund

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item was shipped
• Order never arrived (confirmed by courier)

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or partially used, unless the product is defective.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for refund.
2. Attach a photo of the product if it is defective or damaged.
3. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
